Ella's Open Heart Surgery

I want to ask for your help on behalf of Ella and her family.
My sweet 2-year-old niece, Ella, has a congenital heart condition called atrial septal defect, or more commonly known as a hole in the heart. We found out before Christmas she will need open heart surgery on Jan 5th. Her condition has gotten worse and surgery is needed sooner than later.
Ella will need to have open-heart surgery. Praying her surgery goes smoothly, she will then be in the pediatric ICU for 4-5 days. She will be able to go home and be with her family but have limited activities for at least 3-4 weeks after the surgery.
If you ask her parents, they would be uncomfortable asking for assistance. However, I can’t imagine the stress they feel of having their child have open heart surgery, commuting to and from the hospital, taking time off for the surgery and recovery period weeks after the surgery, and impending hospital bills all while taking care of Ella's 3-year-old sister, Eve.
I am hoping to relieve a little of their stress by providing them with some financial assistance through this page. They will use the funds for hospital bills, food, and any other necessities to keep Ella comfortable during this hard period.
Ella is a sweet, fun, and sassy child. I am so so proud to be her aunt!
