Ella’s fundraiser for Mind Charity

I’m going to be walking 100 miles over the course of a month to raise money to Minds charity as it is close to my heart. Any penny you donate counts ❤️

It’s been 1 year since I tried taking my own life. I felt really alone when I wasn’t, I just needed to open my eyes more. I suffered in silence and struggled on my own, when I honestly didn’t need to. After trying to end my life, I panicked and realised how much I wanna live my life and spend my life with the people I love. Some people don’t have the lucky chance I had of realisation and regret.  

Your don’t have to struggle in silence, you can live well even with a mental health condition if you un-mute yourself and open up. You do not have to feel 100% all the time ,we are humans, we all have bad days. There’s nothing wrong with getting help, there is nothing wrong with calling help lines, there is nothing wrong with therapy.

My eyes have really opened up with how little help there is out there. Since then I’ve been working really hard on my mental health, having help from different places. And what I’ve realised over this year is how small help there is from the government for mental health. I’m raising money to support the “mind charity” to help support people who need others ears to listen and advice. 

More then 6,000 people die to suicide a year in the Uk.  I wanna help drop the number and help people get the help they need. So any penny counts towards it ! xxxx
