I lost my daughter - Eliza Harper - to an opioid overdose on her 26th birthday. Because of stigma she was using alone - because she was alone there was no call for help.
I am partnering with a non-profit Human Services organization to develop my invention: Eliza's Watch - wearable technology to call for help when the person wearing it is in danger of an overdose.
Your donation will help to offset some of my legal fees, trademark fees, hardware and software costs. In Eliza's spirit of helping others, it is my hope that Eliza's Watch will be available to everyone and be the voice to call for help when they can not.
Addiction is treatable with a compassionate plan. People do NOT want to die, they do not need to die, they need the opportunity for recovery.
