Elizabeth's MS Stem Cell Treatment

My wife Elizabeth was diagnosed with MS shortly after we got married in 2008.Ever since Elizabeth got diagnosed her MS has been very aggressive. She lost the ability to work and drive  a vehicle. Now she is losing the ability to walk, see and due every day things from taking a shower by herself, cooking, cleaning because she might injure herself. She uses a wheelchair when going out and can't be outdoors when it is hot. Making her miss out on everything. Every year her vision gets worse and it looks like she will become blind in both eyes in the next 5 yrs as the way things are going.
      The Medication she has been taking is not working and she needs to take something else more aggressive to combat the MS but with very HIGH risk.  We found out about this MS Stem Cell Treatment that could help reverse the damage that the MS has caused. Giving Elizabeth the ability to have her life back but it costs $16k. The insurance doesn't cover the cost so we are asking for help. We need these money the sooner the better....MS never sleeps. The money would pay for this MS Stem Cell Treatment.
We have a Daughter named Ariana thats going to turn 3 yrs old. I want my wife to be able to play her and watch our daughter grow up without MS running her life and making her miss out.
      I didn't know that when I got out of the military after 8 yrs. that I would become fully disabled due to my military service. This makes it financial hard for us because both of us don't work but then again it good that I'm home so I can be her caregiver to help her with everything and help raise our daughter.  I'm asking for help from Family, Friends and anyone that is willing to help.  Anything is greatly appreciated
