After 5 years of dialysis, on Thursday, September 13th, my grandmother received the call that will change her life. She finally received the kidney transplant she’s long awaited. This is such a blessing to our family however now we are in post transplant treatment. Looking to get assistance with the high cost of the anti-rejection medication she is required to take. Of course insurance pays for a portion but the cost is still significant for anyone to handle on its own.
