Eliana's Bodine Education

Eliana has been homeschooled from Preschool to age 11.  Having noticed a difficulty in her ability to read, she has been tested and diagnosed with Dyslexia.  As her father and also a dyslexic, her mother and I feel strongly that a school specializing in Dyslexia is very much needed in order to catch her up in her reading and mathematical skills.  Gratefully we have found such a school within driving distance our our homes and have gone through the application process.  Eliana has been accepted and we look forward to having her taught by specialists and surrounded completely by dyslexic peers.  The only limiting factor that remains is the funding for this private education.  It is not cheap, but in my opinion still an excellent value.  Eliana will also have to be assigned a private tutor.  We have one picked out and look forward to watching our daughter blossom in her education.  

The school is called Bodine School and more information can be found online at www.bodineschool.org.  All donations will go to Eliana's Bodine school education.  The total cost is much more than what we've set the goal at.  If this goal is exceeded, the remaining funds will continue to go toward Eliana's education for the next two years.  Any proceeds exceeding the cost for two years at Bodine, will be gifted to Bodine School for scholarships.
