The viewing will be from 10-10:45am and the service will begin at 11am. The repass will be held at Grant Park Gymnasium located at 701 S 3rd Ave Phoenix. AZ. He was a very happy guy and didn't want people wearing all black because we're not mourning his death, but celebrating his life. #hehashiswings Please share ____________________________________ A very dear friend of ours was diagnosed with stage 4 rectal cancer back in September of 2012.  He has been fighting this disease since.  After going through the radiation, chemo, multiple hospital stays and surgery to remove his colon, he was tired and weak.  He was having horrible reactions to the chemo that would cause him to have seizures so the decision was made to stop the chemo. He got stronger and starting enjoying life again and was able to spread the word to all that would listen to remember to get checked always using himself as an example.  He started to look at things differently and seemed to be doing well even though the cancer was spreading.   Just within the last few months, Fonzo's health has taken a dramatic turn.  He is no longer just feeling "under the weather" every now and then. Now he is pretty much confined to his bed and relies on his wife to do most things for him. Taking care of him consumes most of her time not to mention she has her own medical issues so she is not able to work.  They do not have insurance coverage so everything is an out of pocket expense.  They have managed to come out ok and able to cover the costs of what is needed until now. His wife is a absolutely amazing!  She has been there by his side, taking care of him every inch of the way without complaining.  She takes it all on herself, doesn't reach out for help and still helps others.   We worry about her because I think sometimes she forgoes her own health to make sure  everyone else is ok.  They are some of the most generous people we know.  If you need it and they have it, you got it.  Now they need it. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN! Whatever you can, small or great, it is truly appreciated.  I am afraid for my dear friend to have to be so worried all the time about how they will pay for everything and have a place to live.  She should only have to worry about spending time with her husband while he is still with us.   Thank you for anything you can give even if it is just saying a prayer.  God bless.
