" I'm grateful for growing up with nothing because nothing gave me everything".

I have dedicated my life to bettering myself and inspiring others.  It has always been my life’s purpose to help others and give them the tools they need to be the best version of themselves they can be!  Everything is truly learnable and figureoutable.  Most of what I have learned is through diving in and finding the answers.

 In 2015, I opened Elevate Fitness & Martial Arts.  This studio has transformed the lives of many and has become a little hub of wellness.  I wanted to reach out and share some exciting news!  Elevate Fitness & Martial Arts will be moving to a bigger and more suitable location.  One that will fulfill all of its future goals!

It is time for the next chapter....

 The overall goal is to build a wellness center structured around mindset, nutrition and fitness.  We are more than just a gym, we are a center where one can come and work on the self.  I'm talking about workshops being centered on personal performance, goal setting, life skills and personal mastery, as well as nutrition workshops and education.  Let's not forget empowering and uplifting fitness classes and personal coaching.

 This move was very much unexpected and I have to admit my gut told me to take the leap!  I am grateful for the opportunity…so here goes nothing!

 I am personally reaching out to all of those who would see fit to donate to our wellness studio -- To those who believe in me and what I'm capable of creating!  To those who know the importance of creating a safe, enjoyable and productive environment for individuals to thrive in!  I want to take wellness to a new level, to move past your typical gym that focuses on the external.  I want to start from within!  Create a blue ocean!

 We will be enduring move-in expenses such as painting, flooring and building of a childcare area for mothers with young children.

 Our goal is to raise $5,000!  There is no amount too small…every little bit helps!  Thank you for your continued support!
