Electric wheelchair, Arlene Rose

We are seniors at Hockinson High School. Mrs. Rose has been a sub for us since we have been in 6th grade. She is a comedian in the classroom and has one of the kindest hearts. Arlene loves to sub for schools of all ages around the area. One of her favorite schools to sub is Hockinson Middle School. Arlene has been having trouble getting around double and single story schools such as Hockinson making it hard for her to continue to do what she loves which is being a sub. We have decided for our senior project we want to give back to Mrs. Rose for being such a great example at Hockinson. We have decided to make this fundraiser to raise money that we can give to her as a check and help her get the right electric wheelchair she needs to continue doing her job. Mrs. Rose has been struggling with medical bills she has to pay because of her illness. Not being able to sub because she can’t make it around schools is making it even harder for her to pay off those medical bills. We ask everyone in the Hockinson community or anyone willing to help out to do as much as they can to get the funds we need to help Mrs. Rose. Thank you and feel free spread the word! -Hayley & Mussè
