Electric Bicycle Due To Medical Issues

Most know that Taylor was involved in a terrible accident when he was 7 years old.  He had a riding lawnmower roll over the top of him causing extensive traumatic injuries to his left side.  He was left without a spleen, a shredded stomach, colon damage, a severed sciatic nerve and extensive tissue damage.  He suffered a TBI(traumatic brain injury) from the hypoxia his brain received from the lack of oxygen when he was resuscitated multiple times.

Due to all his injuries and the medication he takes daily Taylor is not able to drive.  Unfortunately this has kept him trapped home and unable to do much outside of the house.  We truly have massive hills going into town and back home.  Taylor does not have the physical ability to pedal his bike because he cannot feel his foot on his left side.  

Taylor has had 23 major surgeries to date and more minor procedures than we have been able to keep track of.  Unfortunately for him it appears that he will have a lifetime of surgeries and procedures to try and keep him as comfortable and well as possible.

So we have looked into an electric bicycle to assist him when he is unable to do it on his own.  This would give Taylor some of the freedom that we all take for granted because we can drive.

If you can assist in any way to help him it would truly be appreciated.  Due to his medical expenses it is difficult for Taylor to do this all on his own and his dad and I help with as much as we can but can only take on so much.
