electic wheel chair for myself

I am in the latter stages of Prostate Cancer and am confined to a wheelchair but as I get more unwell I am geting weaker and unable to wheel myself around. This inturn means I need help to go anywhere. If I can raise these funds I will be able to attend the doctor or go shopping without the aid of another person. Saving my dear wife and carer quite a lot of worry.
In order to make life more comfortable for  my family I am seeking help as soon as possible.
