Grandmother Attacked by Vicious Dog needs help!

My Grandmother Glenda is in the hospital due to an attack that happened just a few days ago. My grandmothers neighbors dog broke through her fence. Attacked my mothers dog that was in her yard. My grandmother got caught in between them and was severally attacked. She broke her wrist. Has no skin on her hands, because the dog was literally eating her up. She is on blood thinners so her condition is getting way worse. She lost so much blood and is in horrible pain. My mother is trying to get help in getting the help she needs. My grandmother has to have skin graphing some on her hands. So many surgeries, not to mention all the medications. My grandmother can’t afford that and neither can we. We are worried she isn’t going to make it through. She is at BSA hospital in Amarillo, Tx now. Her nurse team is doing a great job of taking care of her. We want to take the dogs owner to court. He was warned to fix his fence and his violent pit bull escaped and was filled with rage. The dogs owner is trying to get this dog back and still hasn’t repaired the fence. He hasn’t even spoken up or apologized. We want to sue him to help pay for her medical bills and fence. His dog could of taken my grandmothers life. If it wasn’t for her other neighbors that heard the commotion, she would be dead. The hero that saved her had to jump a fence and punch the dog in the head over and over to make it release it’s deadly grip off her arm. She is lucky to survive this attack. She is in her 70s and has many health issues but she’s a strong woman. 
My grandmother is a member of the Kingdom Hall in Amarillo, Tx and came from a farming family.  She has vision issues but still goes outside and does house work.
My grandmother is a second mother to me.
She is a wonderful and strong person.
Please pray for my grandmother and family.

Her arms will never be the same.

We are unsure how much we need to raise for her.
We are just so sad and traumatized.

She will need help with
-medical bills
-attorney and court fees
-medical equipment
-rebuilding her fence
-pet bill for my mother’s dog that has puncture wounds in her neck and a torn ear

My mom will most likely have to quit her job to stay and help her or pay for a nurse.
They need help so badly.
