David Elder was a 16 year old with a silly sense of humor and an infectious smile. On Thursday, August 10th his friends and loved ones learned of his tragic passing. With the permission of his parents, I have started this page to assist them with expenses.
Elder will be dearly missed by everyone that knew him. He enjoyed collecting historical military uniforms and recently learned how to sail. Proud of his Swiss heritage and his father's military service, Elder was an active member of his high school's NJROTC unit. I don't think I ever saw him without a smile on his face while he made everyone laugh. A true ray of sunshine.
I hope you will feel led to help his family by taking these expenses off their shoulders in their time of grief.
