Help with Sam\'s Eyes

Donation protected

As many of you know, my daughter, Samantha, was diagnosed with a condition called keratoconus. Keratoconus is a degenerative disease of the eye which causes her corneas to thin and push outward away from her eye, severely impacting her vision. This disease is expected to progress and worsen for another 10-15 years and she is already legally blind in her right eye. As of right now, there is no known cure, and living with this means a lifetime of ongoing treatments. She had a procedure done called collagen cross linking in January, which is considered experimental, so insurance wouldn\'t cover it. We ended up taking out a loan to cover the costs of the surgery. Our next step is attempting to get customized hard contacts fitted for Sam and looking into the likelihood of more surgeries and eventually a Corneal Transplant.  Due to unfortunate circumstances that we have been faced with in the last few years, we have been left with nothing to pay for this.  Any help would be appreciated and we are so incredibly grateful for your support, financial and otherwise.

Sam and I thank you!
