Ever since I was a little girl cooking has been my passion. I grew up in a very humble home, where the reality of scarcity was a daily occurance. At the age of 8 my grandmother taught me how to create delicious meals out of limited resources. I've been in the wrong profession my entire life. I finally listened to my heart and became a professional chef. My education at the French Culinary Institute, combined with my Latin heritage, creates a fusion that I am very passionate about. Becoming a professional chef is definitely a testament to my children; to never give up no matter what obstacles life may throw your way. My dream is to become a chef and run my own restaurant. I'm half way there but I need your help. Any donations received will be greatly appreciated and will go towards opening a restaurant.
