Ehsan's Medical Fund

Ehsan suffered a stroke at the amazingly young age of 28 on Saturday, April 27th, resulting in significant brain hemorrhage. He is currently in the ICU of Apollo Hospital, Dhaka, and will undergo critical brain surgery over the next couple of days. A young husband and father of 2 little girls, Ehsan, a young entrepreneur having co-founded a tile-factory, finds himself struggling for his life.

Absent the system of health insurance in Bangladesh, Ehsan's young family is going deep into debt to pay for all medical expenses upfront, mortgaging or selling their assets. By the time you read this message, Ehsan may very well have undergone surgery, the bills would have been paid, and we will most likely have known his fate. We are setting up this fund to ask friends, family, strangers, and well-wishers all around to contribute to pay off his family's debt and send their well wishes, regardless of the outcome.
