Supporting Eddie Figueroa

Eddie was recently diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments. We would like to express our immense gratitude to a truly amazing individual by supporting both Eddie and his family with the financial burden that comes along with costly medical treatments associated with this diagnosis. 



Eddie has touched the lives of so many students, families, and staff members. As the Head Custodian at Violet Elementary, he truly goes above and beyond his normal duties. He is the friendly face you see each day as you arrive at Violet, a mentor to many students, and an integral part of our school and community. Eddie’s compassion and selflessness are just a few of his many endearing qualities.

Eddie is also a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He and his wife, Marlene, raised three children, and have two granddaughters. Eddie’s granddaughters are an immense source of joy in his life and they love their grandpa!
