Potency.World - Unlocking The Potential In Girls Aged 11-18
Potency will unleash at least 500,000 young women over 10 years that have been molded by a Growth Mindset, experiential learning, collaboration, and an international hot-house environment like Google X Team. They will be intrinsically motivated and will set about solving real-world problems with their young and uncorrupted consciousnesses
These women will be brave and will have developed an attitude to innovation that liberates the imaginations of half the population. This will start in 5 countries and will replace secondary school education with skill sets beyond the glacial pace of movement in the current paradigm. Investors will have the first opportunity to employ our graduates for their companies.
This will only be on a fast-track program into Mid, Senior, and C-Suite management roles. In this way, growth of an unimaginable scale will be achieved, for example, mixed teams produce 41% more revenue or other target-based performance. Investing companies will set out target meeting parameters and then any revenue over these targets will be subject to a 5% levy to fund the growth of the Potency vision until we are in EVERY country
