Education for LAADC

I'd like to start out by saying whether you donate or not I appreciate all of you. I'm grateful for the opportunity to even need help today to continue to better my life. My name is Nick Astore, im 25 years old and live on my own. Two years ago, I was hopeless and defeated by alcohol and drugs. I went to treatment, and am now sober for almost 2 years, to make a long story short. I went from being broken and having nothing to being happy, being able to live on my own responsibly, and most importantly finding a purpose. That purpose, to me, is to help people suffering that need help just as I once did, and still do. I have been given the opportunity to start my 3 year education to get my LAADC (licensed alcohol and drug counselor). Being on my own and trying to better my life isn't easy, but I have learned that asking for help is nothing to be ashamed of. The cost of this education will be in total $6,480.00. It is $100 a month for my teacher (supervisor) and $80 a month for the classes for the 3 years. The amount I put is not including any other expenses that it will cost me along the way. Because I understand and am willing to make sacrifices to grow in my own life to, in turn, one day save another. I did this because it was advised that it could help. Financially I am struggling with this added expense, and this is something that can help me tremendously; if anyone is willing to donate.
