Eden’s Three peaks challenge for MIND

I have decided to raise money for MIND mental health charity, working under a company called charity challenge, and tackle the three peaks challenge from the 6th to 8th of September this year, following my 18th birthday in august, with a fundraising target of £925.
I’m unashamed to admit that mental health has always been a subject very close to my heart- and I have worn a smile through some of the most difficult days of my life. As someone who has fought depression and severe anxiety, I am so unbelievably proud of myself, alongside millions of men and women alike , who have faced battles of their own, to be stood as we are today.
Your contribution, no matter how big or small, can help raise awareness and inform around the subject of mental health issues- to stop people from suffering in silence- because some of the toughest battles are the ones being fought inside of us.
We would help contribute funding towards MIND mental health charity which helps to: provide supported housing, crisis helplines, drop-in centres, employment schemes, counselling and befriending throughout England and wales.
Estimated over the course of two days, aiming to be completed in 24h, I will be taking on one of Britain’s toughest outdoor challenges and trailing 26 miles, ascending a total height of 3,000m, summiting the three peaks of the tallest mountains in England: Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m).
My mental determination and resilience of this two day journey is out shadowed by that of the mental health issues faced by both men and women every day- No one Is fighting alone.
