Care for Kasey

Kasey is an energetic, sweet, and strong 9 year old girl who enjoys swimming, crafting, and shopping. For the past few years she has been battling a rare bone condition diagnosed as osteofibrous dysplasia. She has endured many surgeries in attempts to cure this condition. She will be having another one mid- August at Mayo Hospital in Rochester, MN.
Although insurance covers most of the costs of surgery, there are many additional expenses that I am responsible for out of pocket. I am requesting some support to aid in the costs related to:
-medical expenses that have not been covered by insurance
-rehabilitation costs (physical therapy expenses)
-medical equipment costs (such as wheelchair rental, orthopedic braces, etc.)
-support travel expenses (gas, hotel, meals)
-help recover expenses due to missed wages from time off for multiple appointments at Mayo Clinic
