Ed Myers - Lost his home from Fire

Meet Ed Myers. He is 83 years old and a fire victim from the condominiums at Club Valencia in Parker Rd earlier this month. He has been living at this complex for the past 30 years and does not own any transportation. He walks to the local Walmart to buy groceries and hasn't left the premises in the past 10 years. Ed has no family, no kids, no relatives and no friends to reach out to. He has been living in a prison-like motel for the past 2 weeks with his adopted dog and cat. Unfortunately, he had no insurance on his home and unable to afford further living expenses. He lives on an extremely tight fixed income. No health coverage, just Medicare. Ed is desperately trying to find senior living for himself and his adopted pets. All of his belongings have been damaged by the second fire and unable to retrieve whatever is left due to the city condemning that section of the building uninhabitable. PLEASE let's help Ed get back on his feet and into a more humanly living situation. All he has is his dog of old age and his cat, both adopted from the local shelter. It would be a final blow to him if his dog died during this time of need.
