Ed's Kagel Canyon/Creek Fire Loss

Donation protected
Ed has been involved with the Pasadena Heritage Association for over 30 years as a fine woodworker and craftsman. His Kagel Canyon home, with workshop and all of his tools were completely destroyed in the Creek Fire.

The devastation for him and many of his neighbors has been difficult and emotionally trying. To return to any sense of normality seems at this juncture an impossibility.

Ed was also a fine art photographer who lost his digital and traditional dark room. Thirty years of life was wiped out in a flash.

My name is Cheryl and I met Ed while I was volunteering at a Red Cross shelter.  I deactivated my Red Cross account so that I could legally invite Ed to live with me and my boyfriend, and we are helping him and George (another Creek Fire victim) recover from their disasters. 100% of the funds collected will aid Ed in his recovery plans.

Thank you in advance for supporting my mission.

If possible, please forward Ed's link to everyone you know with a note asking them to consider contributing any amount of money (even $1 can make a significant difference) .  Extreme networking is the only way Ed will be able to recover.

Thank you again for your kindness and compassion.  I wish you a happy and successful New Year!
