ECU Midwifery International Prac
Donation protected
As final year Midwifery students we have the opportunity to travel overseas to complete a 2 week international clinical placement.
The purpose of international clinical placements is to enable us to expand our knowledge and understanding of cultural awareness within the health care arena and supports our practice when return and take up positions in our new careers.
As part of the placement, we fund-raise to allow us to buy much needed medical supplies for the hospitals that we visit. Your generous donations will allow us to purchase equipment to provide safer care to pregnant women and their babies in countries that cannot afford to buy these items we take for granted.
