Epidermolysis Bullosa Warriors
Donation protected
This go fund me was made to support children in the Philippines who have a rare diease called Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). EB is a rare genetic disorder that affects 1 in every 50,000 births. Those who have this condition lack a certain gene which is needed to produce an important collagen that holds the skin together. With very fragile skin, they suffer from severe blisters, skin tears, and are prone to getting numerous infections due to the open wounds. Many rely on the use of ointments, gauze, and coverings to protect the skin. Over time one can suffer immobility as heavy scar tissue can attach fingers together and blisters forming on the feet. All donations will be made to help these little children receive daily ointments, gauze, medicine, and needed doctor’s visits. Thank you so much for finding this page and every donation counts no matter the amount. If you cannot contribute at this time, being able to share and spread the message of this disease is as equally important. Once again thank you so much and we hope to share an update about the children you have supported.
