Transport for John

John, a loving son and father, is desperately seeking your help!
John is 52 yrs old and currently living in Florida. He has been in the hospital since the end of July with congestive heart failure. His condition has been rapidly deteriorating. On 9/9/14 they put him in palliative care (which is end of life comfort care). John is desperately trying to return to Pa to seek skilled medical attention where he can be close to his mother, children and grandchild.
John needs to be medically transported from Florida to a hospital in Pa. He is limited on resources and finances to make this happen.
John's family and friends have started a fund to assist in this medical transport.
All money raised will go towards the medical transportation needed to get John to Pa and to support his medical care needs. Any monetary gift you can give will be greatly appreciated.
