For more than a decade we have been bringing together young people from all over East Africa for a week in Moshi, Tanzania.
Each morning there are classes for youth players in things like First Aid, HIV and AIDS prevention, and conflict resolution.
For their leaders topics include coaching and refereeing.
In the afternoon there's a competitive under 16 sports competition: almost half the participants are girls.
Evenings are about cultural exchange: there's dancing, drama and drumming from participants.
Delegations from the UN and the BBC have been impressed by this award-winning event; much more importantly we have worked with thousands of young people from some of the poorest parts of the world.
Our challenge is that we are short of cash: to pay for food and accommodation for visiting teams.
The numbers are relatively small.
For example, to pay for a young player to attend , it's about £30 for days:
£15 on food, £3 on water and £12 on accomodation at a local school
(The teams have to pay for their own travel, and they have to prove their commitment to year-round community sport activity)
