Help with van repairs

On September 7th we discovered our van had been broken into and damaged including drivers side door lock driver side mirror damaged, ignition removed, ignition casing cracked, battery dead...our insurance is not covering the damage.
This is our only vehicle. I'm a single mom with five children at home and not gainfully employed. I have no means to repair this damage and meet our basic expenses. (food, electricity, car insurance)
