He Ain't Heavy He's My Brother

My brother, Chad, has always been a renegade and when I thought of getting difficult news about him it seemed natural to think he would have had taken a fall from the rock crusher or something of the daring nature. But at no time did I think it would be a call that he had cancer... throat cancer. To watch a loved one suffer and not be able to ease their pain is a difficult place to find yourself... hence this fund for Chad. He has no insurance and now no job. He is not able to work. If you are able to share $5, it is more than he has and would help him pay medical expenses, to buy medicine to keep his pain down and to purchase liquid nutrition as he can no longer chew. Today he had his first radiation and chemotherapy treatment with a minimum of six weeks of treatments ahead. He came through like a warrior. I knew he would. If you can only offer a prayer, we would appreciate that too, as he journeys through cancer.
