Hurricane repairs

My name is Renee Thomas. I'm asking for help to repair damages caused by Hurricane Laura. I tried Red Cross and FEMA..both to no avail!!! FEMA can't help because St. Landry parish has not been declared a disaster yet. Red Cross' automated system keeps telling me that our local office is still closed to the public due to COVID 19‍♀️‍♀️. Whatever is donated will definitely be appreciated and used ONLY for repairs... Thanks and Be Blessed
