My name is Christina, a very close family friend to Gaby & Roy.
This morning, my dear friend and her beloved children suffered an awful tragedy. Roy Chavez, husband and father, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 2nd. Gaby and her children, Roger, Ashley & Alex are absolutely devastated. Roy was the sole provider for his family. His untimely death now means that Gaby will have to face many financial obstacles that her and her family are not prepared for.
If you know Gaby, she would give you the shirt off of her back. She has a heart of gold. Her children are her whole world. The unexpected emotional & financial toll this will take on her family, is devastating.
At this time, anything would help my best friend, my sister to know that some of her uncertainty's can be handled by the help of her friends and family.
Any donations received to help Gaby and her family will be put into an account for her to use for funeral expenses as well as caring for her family. The Chavez family will get all proceeds.
