My name is Tammy Morales, as many of you know I have been on this baking endevour now for almost 6 years. I started out making a single cheesecake for thanksgiving dinner and one month later I had sold over $1500 in cheesecakes for the Christmas holiday thanks to my Mom and friends who thought I really had something amazing.
Since then I have relocated to Tehachapi, I feel like there is no time like the present to branch out and get this dream of mine started. I currently have my cheesecake bites on the menu at a local restaurant and continue to have weekly private sales. I have so many people who support me and keep pushing me to grow and get my name out there. I have been reluctant to do so, because I have not been able to get the things that I need to get my proper licensing and equipement.
I am seeking a little support from you. I am trying to raise $15,000 to get this dream off the ground. With the funds I will be able to get my cottage license here in my home, which will allow me legally to make and sell my baked goods, which then would not limit me to promoting and selling at Farmer's markets, getting my product into more restaurants and anywhere else I may want to push my products. I will be needing a commercial refrigerator, commercial freezer, convection oven, Large mixer, other smaller equipement and supplies. It will allow me to get a marketer and website started and be able to make some top of the line promotional products and give me a good finacial backing to be able to afford the product needed to produce top of the line desserts.
On top of the cheesecakes, I will also be adding my cupcakes, cake pops, chocolate covered strawberries, fruit pies and cakes (once I master those, haha) and more.
I'm starting small in my home but plan on moving into a bigger location when the time is right. But, I am taking my time and making sure to do this right and not over extend myself or my funds.
I would appreciate your finacial support in helping me be able to get this off the ground. I appreciate everyone who has supported me and pushed me and believe in me. I know I can do this, I know I have what it takes to make this big. The Lord has blessed me with an amazing work ethic. I am dedicated to everything I do, I work hard and I believe I have been patient and waiting for the right time to branch out and I know the Lord has placed this desire in my heart for a reason. He says he will give us the desires of our hearts, and I believe that.
So with your help we can do this. I know some of you want to help support but can't. I believe your prayer support is just as important as your fincancial support and would appreciate any support you can give. It's all a blessing as you are all a blessing to me.
