A longtime friend of ours, Marcello Mastrolia a.k.a Cello, is in immediate danger of losing his home.
Marcello has suffered a recent disability, unable to work and does not qualify for SSI or SSDI. Marcello was the sole caregiver for over a decade to both parents and is the current guardian / caregiver of his sister Ingrid. Family illness, funerals, and other family expenses depleated Marcello's family savings.
Marcello needs money for an immediate roof repair. He has received several threats of lawsuits and does not know how to find help fast enough. If he does not come up with an immediate solution he is in real danger of losing his home. His condo association is not willing to wait any longer so he is out of time. If we are able to raise the money needed for the repair no further blame will be placed on Marcello.
