St. James's 3 Peaks Pilgrimage

Welcome to our fundraising page, and thank you for taking the time and trouble to have a look at what we are trying to do!
Early on Friday 3rd October 2014, 12 intrepid walkers will set off from the Church of St. James the Apostle in Bushey, and drive to the Lake District to begin a pigrimage up the three highest peaks in the United Kingdom. We plan to ascend Scafell Pike on the Friday, Ben Nevis on Saturday, and Snowdon on Sunday, returning to the Church late Sunday evening.
Why are we doing this?
We plan to try and raise money for the upkeep of our beautiful Church building, and to help the wider Parish community with its Christian outreach programmes, not least of all the Parish Youth Club.
How can you help?
By coming to this page we hope that you might feel able to help us raise funds by a generous donation. No donation is too small, and will be gratefully recieved by the Parish and its community; and each donation will undoubtedly give each of the walkers a much needed boost of energy on our Pilgrimage!
