Please help me see my dad one last time

On Thursday July 17, 2014 my dad went to the hospital because he was experiencing excruciating pains throughout different parts of his body. Two days later a doctor tells him not only does he have lung cancer, it's in his brain and liver as well. His doctors told him he was only looking at about 3 more months to live. My dad lives in a little town outside of Denton, TX and I live in Wilmington, NC. I'm currently a full time student studying to be a registered nurse and working two jobs. I got lucky enough to see my father in August and I remember he told me the next time I see him will not be at his wake. I would love nothing more in this entire universe then to see him possibly one last time. I will be forever gratified to any and all help. Thank you!
