My First Home

Friends and Family: 

I truly appreciate you clicking on my gofundme webpage. I am extremely excited to announce that I am purchasing my first home, closing on January 4th! I would like to invite you to be a part of this truly special milestone in my life. Any extra money raised would be extremely helpful in paying any closing costs and move-in related costs. 

After touring this home, I felt this was a perfect place to start my home-owning experience. This home is located in Longview, Washington, and has many attractive features:

1. Located within driving distance to many major metro areas including Portland, Oregon. 

2.  Has a guest bedroom for any of my favorite people to come and visit after we can get COVID-19 controlled!

3. Fenced in yard with lots of potential for landscape work. 

4. It will give me the opportunity to immediately begin investing in a property, rather than wasting longterm equity on rent. 

5. It will prepare me for my future career and life with an affordable housing option.
