Action Zambia

My name is Ellie Costello and I am a 5th year Student in Coláiste Chiarán Leixlip. As some of you may know, I was given the incredible opportunity to travel to Zambia in May 2025. I will see and interact with the Zambian culture and learn firsthand about their country and their people, it is a once-in-a-lifetime educational opportunity to learn.

Education is a powerful tool, and I’m passionate about making a difference by sharing knowledge and supporting communities that need it most. Our role is to help with basic english as-well as creating a happy and fun environment for the children.

This experience will allow me to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need whilst exploring and experiencing new cultures.
