Funeral expenses

Unfortunately my father passed away this morning at only 57 years old. He did not have life insurance and I am not in a position where I can cover this expense. Therefore I'm asking for help from family and friends. Anything you can do to help will be more than appreciated. I hate to ask but I don't have a choice at this point. Thanks.
