Eye Procedure for Step-Daughter

I am trying to raise funds for my step-daughter so she can have a procedure done to truly change her world. She was born with Optic Nerve Hypoplasia(ONH).

Her optic nerve was underdeveloped during pregancy. Her current vision is 20/400. One young lady in who had this procedure done from Colorado had such improved vision that she needs no vision improving devices and has received her driver's license! I am hoping the same miracle for my step-daughter. She is a level headed, sweet and a true delight to be around. Please help to truly change a special person's life.
