Help me fight endometriosis

Since I was in high school, I have suffered symptoms of severe endometriosis. I was 16, sitting in math class the first time the pain made me pass out. For ten years, my doctor refused to investigate, choosing instead to ignore my symptoms as they got steadily worse. I've tried countless medications, but nothing has helped for more than two or three months at a time. Finally, I've found a new doctor who wants to help.

I'm happily married now, and my husband and I would love to have a family. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened for us. My new doctor thinks this could be caused by a combination of things, mostly scar tissue from the endometriosis. 

Because my first doctor never ran any tests, I now need to have a laparoscopy to confirm that I have endometriosis and to remove any scar tissue. The surgery fee has to be paid up front, and it costs almost as much as I make in an entire month. My husband and I are both employed and we have insurance, but the fee is just more than we can handle right now.
