Need a wheelchair accessible van

Hello, my name is Gerald Thomas and I was diagnosed with MS in 2008 which has now caused the loss of my leg mobility. I would love to become more independently mobile and a wheelchair accessible van would accomplish this goal. I was also diagnosed in 2017 with AL Amyloidosis, a very rare and non-curable condition that can be fatal if not treated promptly. Fortunately my doctors caught the disease early and with treatment I am now in remission. 

I have been actively engaged in my community for over 40 years and currently serve on the West Lafayette City Council.
