Victims of 601 Dunbar Street Fire

On the afternoon of February 10th, ten residents at 601 Dunbar Street in Durham, NC were displaced when a house fire destroyed their home. The fire caused extensive damage to the home and has resulted in a huge loss of personal property, in addition to, putting the residents at risk of becoming homeless.
This fundraiser has three main goals:
1. Replace personal property lost in the fire or damaged by smoke/water
-clothing, shoes, electronics, toiletries, bedding, food
2. Help residents with daily expenses, bills and lost wages
-food, phone bills, transportation
3. Place residents in permanent housing or transitional home
-deposits, first months rent
*All of the proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to the residents of 601 Dunbar Street.
