On January 7, we were all shocked to learn of Duke Taylor’s passing. He was my uncle - someone who showed me kindness my whole life, always called me by the same funny nickname, and let me drive his truck while I worked for him in middle school. If you were lucky enough to know Duke, you know about his generosity and how much he cared for everyone: His workers, customers, friends and of course his family. He always had a kind smile, a gentle demeanor, and greeted people with a warm hug. I will miss him very much.

I am posting this GoFundMe on behalf of my cousins Elli Taylor and Haley Baker. Duke was their father, and since early January they have been working through disbelief, grief, and loss. They have also been dealing with the unexpected financial impact of losing Duke. We ask for any donations to cover funeral costs and the related expenses Elli and Haley have had since Duke’s passing.
