Drinking and driving billboard

My family was hit by a drunk driver , our 5 yr old son was killed  my 9 yr old at the time my husband and I survived  this  horrific  seance less  act that was totally preventable  ,The man who hit us was sentenced to 12 years and walked free 18 months later he lost his licences forever in canada this was his 7 th time getting caught drinking and driving  and this time he killed a innocent little boy ,  This man should of never been given his licences back after the first DUI but because we live in beautiful British Columbia , you can  in-role in a programme for alcoholics who lost their licences from DUI to get them back ,  this is very sad and very true so I’m asking all my friends family and and strangers for help to buy a billboard  warning others of drinking and driving , Brian's forever 5 because of someone else’s choice ,
