Dragonators are Going to the Worlds Competition!!!

The Dragonators won DE State FIRST® Tech Challenge Competition and we are going to the Worlds Competition!!   There will be 30,000 students from over 70 countries, supported by 6,000 coaches/mentors and 2,500 volunteers.  As a very young, rookie team, we are honored to have earned a spot with these elite teams at the Detroit, Michigan's Convention Center. Your tax free donation to our non-profit, South Jersey Robotics, Inc., will support our trip will directly help us with the entry fee, transportation, hotel accommodations and food for our team.  The Worlds competition will be from April 24th to April 27th. 

South Jersey Robotics provides STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education through the creation of sustainable, robust robotics programs in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties in NJ. SJR works with school districts & community organizations to provide access to STEM-related, FIRST®  and other, programs to the 61,000 school-aged children in these counties. These programs help students build lifelong skills beyond engineering and robotics, such as public speaking, project planning & time management which will help them succeed in life.
