Dr. Stan Bennett

Dr. Stanley Bennett, founder and senior pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church has been battling with cancer since November 2015. During this time, we have seen God’s faithfulness through several bouts of remission and how God has shown him favor. Over the years, he has received some financial support from the members of Cornerstone Baptist Church to help defray the cost of various medical expenses. Because he has chosen to go the route of alternative medicine rather than chemo, many of the medications and procedures are not covered through his insurance. On August 3rd, Dr. Bennett was informed that his cancer has spread and is at stage 4. We are asking for donations to cover the cost of treatment at a cancer clinic in Minnesota and travel expenses. Time is of the essence. After reading the CT scan, his surgeon has stated that he has maybe 6 months; however, we know that our God has the last word. There is an opening for August 30-31st for Pastor once the $30,000 is raised. We trust and believe that God is a Healer, and we are grateful for any donations.
