Dr. Jon Psaila Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is in honor of Dr. Jonathan Ross Psaila, DVM. He was taken from us too soon at the age of 31, but through this scholarship he will not be forgotten. He was born and raised in Clovis, CA, attended Clovis High School and was a member of Clovis FFA. After earning his DVM from Oklahoma State University he returned to the Central Valley to provide low cost veterinary care to pets in need. Jon was starting his own business and was focusing on the outlying communities in Fresno County who did not have access to veterinary care. He also developed a Pet Food Pantry and was working with Fresno County 4H to collect and distribute pet food to low income families with pets in need of assistance. His family wants to continue his legacy by supporting the post-secondary Agriculture Education of Clovis FFA Members.
