Dr Archie Beauvais

Hello Pingree Rosebud alums! I hope this finds you well, wherever your life path has taken you.  Our friend and mentor, Archie, is experiencing some health issues and I am hoping we can help.  He is in a wheelchair and there is a pressing need for a ramp for access and safety.  Archie befriended us in year one and has helped arrange many of our activities and  has opened doors in the Rosebud community.  We have stayed in close contact over the years.  Archie is a Vietnam vet and has a doctorate in Education from Harvard. He is a single parent who has done a magnificent job of raising his son, Beaux, in a community where many young people struggle.  He has worked tirelessly for the tribe and the tribal college, Sinte Gleska.  In short, we could not have made the trip what it is without his help, and now we have a chance to give back. This is a time sensitive request as he  is without a ramp and safety is a critical concern.  Please consider helping out at whatever level you can!
