RIP Lego

On August 28th 2014 the day of my mother's 59th birthday was also the day my brother her only son was found dead in Sunset Park. My brother Francisco better known as "Lego" to those who loved him would be turning 43 on September 4th but now rather then happy phone calls telling him happy birthday my family will have to say good-bye to our heart. We still don't know all the details of his death as we are waiting for an autopsy but the cops said he seems to have died while sleeping on a bench.

My brother never had an easy life but if you knew him you knew he was a fighter, but he also had a huge heart and the best smile I have ever seen. I will always remember his jealous love for my mom, my sister and myself. He was the man in our family and he made sure to make sure we knew he would protect us. A piece of our hearts is gone until we see him again.

As this death was sudden my family cannot afford to cover the cost of his funeral. Please find it in your hearts to donate whatever amount you can, and if you can please share this link.
