Help for My little girl

My little puppy is a one year old female who needs help. Full of energy and happy! Before that happened...She was taken from Poland by company ... she spent more than 70hours on car on the way to me . This Thursday she went sick , she was vomiting, upset stomach and has diarrhea.... I went to the doctor they gave her some drip antibiotics and vaccines... but because is a weekend I had to take her to an emergency hospital which costs a lot ... more than 2000£ I have some money but I wasn’t ready for it... I want her to recover and I will do everything for her ! The vet said he is not sure if she will make it but I know she will! She is brave and young and she’s fighting! I’m not going to give up on her because she is my little princess!!Please if someone can help me a bit with money I will be really grateful... I just want her to come back home ... thank you
